I would LOVE to, but I haven't got the money to spare for it, right now. I have way too much to do, and nobody but me who can do it. That's one of the disadvantages of being self-employed! But the other things, the independence, the freedom to set my own hours and my own pace, the pride in accomplishment, those make it all worthwhile. I'll eventually get my vacation break.
