I’m still doing pretty well in my NaNoWriMo novel, Justice Rides In Leather. I’m at least staying just beyond the goal, for daily writings! I figure I’ll at least hit the 50,000-word mark, by the end of the month, which will be a satisfying feat, considering that I’m writing that book at the same time as I’m working on Desperado Dawn. It’s not all that easy to write two books, at once, but it sure is a good workout for the brain! :P

Today, in Desperado Dawn, Deputy Shorty Baker asks Joshua for the maps he got from Henry Owens, but Josh doesn’t give him all of them, as he suspects they mean to leave him out of the chase for the rest of the Blake gang! And in Justice Rides In Leather, Garrett walks Miss Annie home, and the encounter with the poor girl leaves him feeling down.
