I can’t believe I actually found some time to work on the stories! I’m sooooooo grateful that I did. I still kind of expect things to be sporadic, around here, at least for another week or so. With any luck, my prediction will be off and things will be back to normal (or at least, relative normalcy) before that. Cross your fingers for me!
Anyway, I need to get to bed very soon, which is why this update is a bit earlier than usual. I’m sure no one will mind. (^-^)

Whew. Sorry for the interruption in updates, y’all! I may not be able to keep them coming every day, but I’m going to do my best. I’m still in a rather chaotic situation, and am finding it hard to get any writing done, due to the constant interruptions of family and other obligations. BUT! I did get another chapter done for Desperado Dawn! Updates may continue to be sporadic, for a while, so please be patient. I’m doing all I can to get the stories online.
Today, in Desperado Dawn, Jack finally convinces Molly to go back to Joshua, so he won’t have to die alone and thinking he’s unloved.

Sorry, y’all, but I have no update for today. I’ve been working my tail off to try and get all of my late aunt’s things sorted through and packed up and labeled for storage, and I’m just totally beat. My head is blank, so I’ve not been able to write any more chapters for Desperado Dawn, or for anything else.
But don’t despair! I just need a little rest, and then I’ll be back into it, full force. I may need to just take the rest of this week and this weekend off, from updating the story, so I can fully concentrate on finishing up the work on my aunt’s estate. Once this is all done, I should be able to settle down into my usual writing time and get some major wordage done. I’m just not getting that time, right now, and I’d rather not have an update for a few days than to update with inferior chapters that I blew out simply to meet the update schedule. I know y’all want quality stuff, and I mean to give it to you! So please forgive me and hang in there. Wish me luck and/or pray for me, if you’d like. I’d sure appreciate it!

I’m so bad. I went out to look at a house, yesterday, and on the way to it, I saw another one for sale that just completely spoiled me for the one I went to see! The spoiler house was a beautiful 3-story Victorian, with 6 bedrooms (one of which was so big, that I imagine it may have originally been an upstairs ballroom, rather than a bedroom!) and 4,649 square feet of living space. The place is absolutely gorgeous, and I couldn’t stop thinking about it, all day long! It’s even painted dark green with cream trim, which is the same color scheme that was on the first Victorian house I ever wanted.
I figured that, if I were to buy it, I could live in it for a while, on its large corner lot in town. Then later, when I’d found my perfect piece of ranch land, I could move that beautiful old house out there and let it be queen of the place. Then I could build my perfect ranch around my perfect old house. That would be too damn cool. *starts heavy dreamin’* (^-^)
Today, in Desperado Dawn, Josh is pleased with Ricky’s shooting progress, but then he gets morbid, as he starts to think about his upcoming situation and the possibility that he might actually die, this time.

Wow, I’ve still been running around like crazy. I’ve got yet another day of it, today. I’ve not been able to get my buffer of story chapters back, yet, but I’m hoping to do that, soon. It’s hard to sit down and write a full chapter at the very end of the day, when I’m worn out from all the other crap I’ve had to do. Most of my time is spent in trying to clear my head of all the things on my agenda, and focus on the story. But I think I’m doing okay with the chapters. I hope you all agree!
Speaking of new chapters, here’s another one! :P

Sorry for running a bit late with the update, today! I’ve just had way too much to do, and have fallen behind on the writing. I’ve got yet another very full day planned for today, so I may be late with tomorrow’s update, too. I’ll try to be on time, but please be patient, if I’m not. There’s nothing I can do about what’s going on in my life, right now. I just have to try and do the best I can, with what time I have available to me.

I can’t believe I managed to get a chapter done, for today! I’m falling asleep, right now, so forgive me, if I have made any typos. I’ll fix them, later. As soon as this update goes through, I am going to bed, and nobody will be seeing me for at least ten hours. :P

Bleah. Sorry about the missed update, folks. I have been sick and was in the doctor’s office all day, yesterday. I didn’t get a chance to do any writing, at all. But I should have all of this evening to work on stuff, and I hope to have at least one more chapter for Desperado Dawn for tomorrow.
